Ordering Process
Absolutely. Use the notes field when adding items to your order, or speak with our team by phone. We accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergen-specific requests whenever possible.
A minimum of $25 applies to delivery orders to cover preparation and transit. Pickup and dine-in orders have no minimum.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within five minutes of placement. Once preparation begins, changes are no longer possible — please call us right away if you need help.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Cash is accepted for in-person pickup and dine-in only.
Yes. All transactions are processed through a PCI-compliant, encrypted gateway. We never store your full card details on our servers.
Digital and physical gift cards are available in any denomination and never expire. Promotional codes can be entered at checkout — one code per order, and some exclusions apply.
If something isn't right, contact us within 24 hours and we'll make it right. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We deliver within a five-mile radius of the restaurant. Enter your address at checkout to confirm availability and see the delivery fee for your location.
Typical delivery time is 35–55 minutes from order confirmation, depending on distance and volume. You'll receive a live estimate and tracking link once your courier is on the way.
Delivery fees range from $4.99 to $9.99 based on distance. Orders over $75 qualify for complimentary delivery within our standard zone.
Yes. Scheduled delivery is available up to seven days in advance during service hours. Choose a 30-minute window at checkout and we'll handle the timing.
